We currently ship within the United States.

    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    •    Free Shipping: on all U.S. orders over $100

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address


Please double check your shipping details before placing your order. Rivva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Rivva is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
