Thank you for shopping with RIVVA! We want you to love every piece you order, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Please note that sale items, bodysuits and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at Rivvabrand@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at rivvabrand@outlook.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!
